Iznajar boasts three olive mills or co-operatives which serve the olive farmers in the area. You can buy locally produced olive oil from shops or taste the olives at bars and restaurants during your stay.
Cooperativa Iznajar is one of the facilities located in Iznajar. The other two are situated in the hamlets of La Celada and Arroyo de Priego.
